Just in case you need some reassurance, here's a few comments from happy clients...

the guitars are playing and sounding great since your last service. I'm afraid to take them anywhere else ..."

". . .When my 1973 Fender Jazz Bass and 1979 Musicman StingRay needed refretting and neck refinishing,
I unhesitatingly chose J. Warwick Guitars. Jim took both basses and made them like new for me ... they're more playable and better sounding than ever. Additionally, I use light gauge bass strings (.40 - .95) and Jim set them up with no buzzing at all throughout the neck (no small feat!). If you're a bass player who uses light gauge strings ( or any gauge for that matter), Jim is your man. His attention to detail and care for the customer is unparalleled in my experience.

One more thing ... I also brought my '74 Gibson Ripper into Jim's shop for evaluation. It has significant wear and
tear, lacquer checking, etc. but is in excellent playing condition. Jim inspected it, and told me to leave it as is.
Most repairmen would tell a customer that yes, it needs to be refinished, set up, etc. Not Jim. He's more concerned for the customer than the bottom line. What
this means is that he's honest, and will tell the customer what the instrument needs, no more, no less. That, my friends, is called integrity. And you just can't buy that anywhere else.
All I can say is if you want the best for your instrument, you need look no further than J. Warwick Guitars..."

" ... his superb craftsmanship has brought a repeated smile to my face each and every time I look at my guitar collection.
I went to Mr. Warwick with a tall task. I had a 1977 Fender Music-Master bass that was in dreadful condition... a freind working at a body shop at the time assured me that he could refinish the guitar. Needless to say, the guitar was ruined. The guitar had been sitting in my Mom's attic for about 22 years. ... Mr. Warwick assured me that the guitar could be refinished. I trusted his reputation and contracted the work with him.

I am happy to say that the bass is like new, sounds good and is an antique worthy of passing down to my duaghters. Mr. Warwick is a fine craftsman and I would recommend him to any customer no matter how high, or low the budget.

".. if you're anything like me, your guitars are like your children and you wouldn't leave them in the hands of just anyone.
I consider myself lucky to have found a craftsman such as Jim. He's someone you can count on to do the best job possible in whatever aspect of your guitar repair, be it cosmetic or structural. Or, if you have some immediate sound problem. He's always willing to do the work for you as quickly as he's able. And, being a traveling musician, I always seem to need my guitar back yesterday! Not only that ... he's the "follow through guy" ... he's not finished until you're happy! Now that's good business! Thanks Jim for being the best "guitar Doc" around! I can't wait to get my hands on one of his Warwick originals ... anyone who pays that much attention to detail ... I'm sure will be giving Martin and Taylor a run for their money!"

Jim,
"...
Just a short note to let you know my
daughter LOVED the guitar. She was
totally surprised and went right home
and played it last night. I appreciate you rushing the order for us.

Thanks again,

Dear Jim,
Just wanted to drop you a note regarding the work you did on my Telecaster. I could not be happier - the action is perfect and the set up job you did could not have been smoother. I sincerely appreciate your efforts and the help & advice you gave me regarding the pickups. As you suspected - I think I'll want you to put in the other JB pickup in the bridge position - but that
can wait until next month. I'll call you to set that up when our schedules permit .

If I can assist you in any way with any real estate help please consider me available. My family and I have been in the real estate business for many years, we are a market leader, and can be a great resource if appropriate. I will take the same level of care with you as you did with me!
Thanks again and I'll see you soon.
Best regards,
Dean Yeonas
